In order for everyone to have fun, please follow these rules

Convention Policies

Welcome to our convention! We want everyone to have a fun, safe, and respectful experience. By attending, you agree to follow these policies. Our staff reserves the right to enforce them at any time to maintain a positive environment for all attendees, guests, and vendors.

Respect & Behavior

  • Be nice or leave. This is a community event—treat everyone with kindness and respect.
  • No harassment. Harassment of any kind—verbal, physical, or online—will not be tolerated. This includes unwanted attention, stalking, or disruptive behavior.
  • Respect and obey con staff. Our volunteers and organizers are here to help keep things running smoothly. Please follow their directions promptly and respectfully.
  • Right to refuse entry or remove anyone. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee, vendor, or guest who violates our policies or disrupts the event.

Cosplay & Photography

  • Cosplay is not consent. Always ask before taking someone’s photo or touching their costume. A “no” means no.
  • Keep it appropriate. Costumes must comply with local decency laws and be suitable for a family-friendly event.
  • Weapons policy. Real or realistic weapons are strictly prohibited. Prop weapons must be obviously fake or peace-bonded at check-in. No sharp edges, projectiles, or functional firearms are allowed.

Safety & Conduct

  • No weapons or threats. Threatening language, intimidation, or violence will result in immediate removal and may involve law enforcement.
  • Stay aware of your surroundings. We’re downtown—please be careful when crossing streets or moving between venues.
  • No outside food or drink. Food and beverages from outside vendors are not permitted inside convention spaces unless required for medical or accessibility reasons.
  • No stealing. Theft from vendors, attendees, or the venue is grounds for permanent ban and possible legal action.
  • No refunds. All ticket and table sales are final unless the event is canceled by organizers.

Accessibility & Inclusion

  • We strive to make our event welcoming to everyone. If you need assistance or have accessibility concerns, please speak to any staff member or visit the Info Desk.
  • Service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines.

General Information

  • Lost & Found: Check with the Info Desk for lost items.
  • Emergency: If there is a safety issue, notify staff immediately. In an emergency, call 911.

Thank you for helping us create a fun, friendly, and inclusive convention for everyone!
