Sidekick Form

Being a Sidekick Location for Pacific Nerdwest 2026 is free of charge. We just ask that you provide us with the below information by August 14th and that you let your customers know about Pacific Nerdwest.

We will advertise your involvement on our website, social media, and include you on a map passed out to all attendees.

Hi there, wonderful downtown neighbor!

We're so happy that you want to be a part of our event and help make Pacific Nerdwest a celebration of our awesome downtown!

We really want our event to be a benefit to our neighbors as well, and are thrilled to have you on board!

Some event details: The event day is August 29th from 10a-6p, but we would love to be able to advertise events going on all weekend to encourage out of towners to stay the night.

Our attendees will all have a required wristband so they will be easily identifiable. (*wristbands will be given out on Saturday. If you would like to offer something for Friday it will have to be without proof of ticket.)

Some ideas for being a Sidekick Location are: Monetary discount or gift with purchase for attendees, themed menu items, host a local artist you know and like for a pop-up, host a nerdy themed trivia or karaoke, etc.

Below you will find options to specify what type of sidekick you want to be, what wording you want advertised, and other options to incentivise our attendees to visit your business.

We'll also be hosting a stamp rally for attendees on the 29th that you can opt into.

This is all free of charge. It's our way of trying to support a thriving downtown and saying "We love you Downtown Bellingham!"

Please reach out with any questions you have!

Best,

Django Bohren & Colette Penketh (Your friends from Comics Place)
